King size or 2 twin pineapple beds, electric fireplace. $155/night

Second Floor

Apollo's Room
Queen bed with trundle twin bed available. $150/night

Caleb's Room
King four poster bed, electric fireplace. $155/night

Esther's Suite
Mini Suite: Queen bed, sitting room, tub & shower. $160/night

Prentiss' Room
Queen four poster bed, electric fireplace. $140/night

Rhoda's Room
Queen bow canopy bed, large bath tub & shower. Very romantic. $155/night

Third Floor

William's Room
Smaller room with alcove. Full and twin bed, sloping ceilings. Nautical Theme. $130/night

11.7% MA room occupancy tax not included. Room rates are based on double occupancy. $25 per night charge for third guest. Additional occupants may be subject to additional fees. There is a two night minimum stay. Weekly occupancy discounts available, view "Specials" page for more information. No Pets allowed. We are a non-smoking inn.

Payment by cash, check or travelers checks preferred. Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Deposit of 50% is required for reservation by Credit Card or Check.

Cancellation policy: We have a ten day cancellation policy. Deposit will be refunded with 10 or more days notice. Because we are a small family run Inn, cancellations really affect us. Guest is responsible for room rate if room cannot be re-rented.
