11.7% MA room occupancy tax not included. Room rates are based on double occupancy. $25 per night charge for third guest. Additional occupants may be subject to additional fees. Payment by cash, check or travelers checks preferred. Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Deposit of 50% is required for reservation by Credit Card or Check.
Cancellation policy: We have a ten day cancellation policy. Deposit will be refunded with 10 or more days notice. Because we are a small family run Inn, cancellations really affect us. Guest is responsible for room rate if room cannot be re-rented.
